Can speak on my personal experience and hearing from other people that the verification process is just something we all had to go through. Keep in mind that you don't need to show everything on your documents. They just need to verify your identity by cross referencing your photo Id, legal name, and pay stub. You can block out your DL# or social or any other information. I was verified before they asked for pictures but I heard that's a thing now.

Word travels fast amongst girls and bookers so please have manners or they will block you. Also just have common decency so you don't ruin it for the rest of us.
