Does every girl at 819 do FS as well?

Yes. New ownership took over about 3 months ago. 819 is now partly owned by SS apartment owner. She is rotating girls between 819 and SS. My good friend Elsa was at 819 for 5 days and started at SS today and will be there until Friday, flying out to NY Saturday.

One, it lets the girl know why you are there and that you know the market rate, therefore she is less likely to try to negotiate with you. Two, if the girl balks at it, then you can walk without sunk cost. If you had just paid the house fee first and then negotiate in the middle of the session you are not in a good position to negotiate as you had already paid the house fee and you are not getting your money back. And because you don't want to leave with blue balls, you are more likely to give in to the girl's ask. But hey what do I know. It's your money, spend it however you like.
