I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure in Florida undercover cops are not allowed to get naked on the job. Also: if there was no explicit talk of a specific transaction -- this cash for that action -- there's no way that case sticks.

Finally (and if you or any others see her again): If she is a licensed LMT in Florida, it's against the regs to do an undraped massage. Maybe one of our attorney hobbyists can weigh in.

Dreamt with her before years ago in a house near lake Underhill, good price and friendly. I agree with previous posts she is a bit strange. I have tried 3 times this year to see her and each time there is a problem. I get to address she provided on time which is entrance to a trailer park. First time was an accidental double booking.
