That said -- I'd argue the golden years, at least for me, was 2012-2016. In this time I could see virtually any time of provider, thick, slim, etc. For no more than 60. The cheap rates and decent experiences triggered my addiction. 2017 and on is when things start to decline. Not that it matters. Your preaching to the choir. I have been saying it for years, for being the 5th largest city in the US. Philadelphia area is a wasteland when it comes to good providers.
