This place was clean and under new ownership? I was across the street at the Thai restaurant and went in to try it out. Pretty standard setup, door price was $70 and went into room to undress. 2 girls there were pretty cute. Standard massage with oil. Massage was good. She had good pressure and technique to work out the knots. On the flip is where the fun begins. . 4 for HJ, since this place is relatively new not sure what's on the menu. I know the girls did offer 2 girl massage at the same time. Always tempted but never tried. Location is small brick building with parking in back, you have to walk around to the front to enter the door. Place was quiet and rooms were clean. Would definitely come back to see if menu can be expanded.

For those who have visited Refresh in Tigard, do they tend to give you your full time that you paid for? Or is it one of those places that push you out the door after 20 minutes?

Thanks for this info. I had done a couple of recon stops here and was greeted by a friendly girl in suggestive clothing both times so it was on my short list. I'll take it off my list now until I start seeing some positive reviews.

Went here to check it out greeted by ok looking older woman said 3 girls working didn't see them. Went back when I had time. Same woman asked for hour medium massage got light at best only offered HJ no utc. Cut it to half hour and left. She seemed relieved and thanked me. I think it's strictly legit. Interested to see if others have had different experiences here.
