It was legal back in the late 1970's when I was stationed there in the Air Force. Most decent size towns had a "50 Marc strasse". It cost 50 Marc to see the lady and strasse is street in German. One can wander the floors and scope all the girls out who sit on chairs outside by their doors or have their doors open and you negotiate a price directly with the girl you are interested in. Rates for CFS and CBJ go for 50 Euro for 20 minutes or 150 Euro for the hour. BBBJ is additional 50 Euro and BBFS (alles ohne) is supposedly illegal and I could not find any girl willing to go that route. There are other similar brothels such as the one across the street call Das Brodell, similar setup, services and rates. It really had a Amsterdam red light vibe. Has anyone receive any threatening texts after contacting some Latina workers saying they are with a Mexican mafia, know where I live, and if I didn't contact them and give them something for contacting the girl, they will come after me. Yes. It's nothing to be worried about. It's an elaborate scam to get you to send money. If you used your regular phone they try and get info to make it seem like someone knows where you live. Do due diligence. I tried to take one for team and got the cartel scam. Learned my lesson.

Foolish to give any unknown person your home address. That opens you up to all sorts of ugly stuff.

Requirement of prepayment using a cashless system is another red flag. The bad guys on the other end of the messages were likely far away (think Asia).
