I have seen only one of the aforementioned ladies: Courtney. I have not yet reached Senior Member status so, as such, am not on any "approved list" for Samara. What a specific provider might be more than willing to do with me might be something that she categorically refuses to do with someome else. And there may be any of a 1001 reasons why!

Find what works for you, and stick to it. That includes the donation. There are several providers I believe that would be a good fit but there is no way my budget allows said provider. Damn! I have seen Samara a few times thanks to a referral. I have seen Ammey thanks to Triad. I have seen Courtney thanks to Ammey who was unavailable but suggested I reach out.
