I tried meeting her this past Friday. She replied to texts and said she could be ready by 9 am so I drove to location (which is a 45 min drive for me) she gave me and never heard from her again after trying to call and text.

So in my opinion she is a waste of time and effort, so take your own chances with her but I am done with her.

Realize -- now that a good review was just posted on her -- it's going to be almost impossible to get a response from her for quite awhile.
