Yeah I was talking about the Milwaukee location. Believe its closed. But coiuld be wrong, just checked google maps and the building has two doors. Could have been the other door. Have to recheck. Never been to the belmont location.

Then there is Princess on Belmont, Ozone on Chicago, and these other two on Broadway. Thai lotus and thai siri but the reports are conflicting on these two. Some said it is legit and other reported it have level 1.
