I don't know this particular provider; there are providers like RachelXXX that says she hates discussing BBFS yet readily offers it. Or at least she used to. Been awhile since I've seen her.

My rule of thumb is to always check Alerts Posted. Some will post alerts if you ask for BBFS. If I see those I steer clear of that provider. Or if I see 5 or more alerts posted I'll stay away because they are a drama queen. In this case this isn't helpful because she's posted no alerts.

In addition, since she wasn't able to work (she was considered "disabled" due to her drug addiction), so she would have received about $2 K / month in child support from me on top of her SSI and EBT. $35,000 in attorney fees later, I got to keep the kids. But only because they told the court appointed social worker (that I had to pay for) that they would run away from home if they had to live with their mother.

Initially women had no rights. Even if they were abused in a marriage or at work or anywhere else, they had little recourse and that was wrong. Now it seems the exact opposite is happening, there are soo many protections (and there should be. Don't get me wrong) that due process is completely ignored. Where is the balance here? I mean I am not asking for superiority. I am just asking for the courts to view me as an equal when making some of these decisions that involve marriage, divorce and kids. It is very sad because I know society and the law basically wants to do the right thing protect social liberties. But clearly they / we are struggling to find balance. A really really great movie is the called "The Red Pill". It is not a sexist movie, but rather a movie about sexism in the 21st century western world and how we are struggling to find balance. The exact context and scenario of your post is captured in the movie. Thousands of fathter want to do the right thing and take care of their children and are sometimes the better choice for raising the kids, but the system is designed to be inherently bais towards the mother (which is should be in most cases). A balanced, common-sense reform is needed so drastically.
