I lived in Ireland for couple years a decade ago, and until recently traveled to EU couple times a year for work. David is referring to Partytreff's in Germany. I am a subject matter expert (self proclaimed) on Hobbying in Germany and Amsterdam and Prague and other parts of Europe. He is right this is NOT at all common at Partytreffs those are usually 2-3 bedroom private houses where people are fucking all over all the place.
