Just my $. 02 after 30+ on again, off again years in the hobby. Glad to see you have read for hours and this is how a newbie should ask for recommendations. The Tampa and St Pete boards have a ton of great advice in them on all the scenarios you listed. All can be a lot of fun and all have cons. I would highly recommended splitting your budget into 2 or 3 encounters. That way you can sample more of what's out there and find what makes you happy.

I doubt this will go anywhere. If it does pass, it will actually be harder for them to convict people due to the fact that the conviction means a felony. It may have an impact on the LC biz, but not on streetwalking.

My budget is around $500. I'm open to spending it all at once or having fun twice. These are my four ideas in order from least favorite to favorite idea:

The four options in the Tampa area that I'm considering:

I see on the news that there is a house bill that makes it a felony to purchase sex. They are working it under the guise of sex trafficking.
