I doubt this will go anywhere. If it does pass, it will actually be harder for them to convict people due to the fact that the conviction means a felony. It may have an impact on the LC biz, but not on streetwalking.

Not much risk for the monger that is very careful and uses all the good advice on this forum. Of the last 6 girls I have fucked, it is debatable if I broke any laws with 5 of them as I never mentioned any money at any time. 3. I set up a relationship with a sugar baby, give her a few hundred to meet up a couple times a month. Perfectly legal.

So why is it illegal to simply cut to the chase and simply just offer $60 to fuck? As long as it is between consenting adults, our lawmakers need to stay the fuck out of the bedroom.

Remember that you lose your right to own a firearm if you are a convicted felon. Are they going to labeled as a sex offender and subjected to all the reporting requirements and restrictions too?
