I think the timeframe is 30 days since Airbnb prevents rental longer than 30 days because if longer than 30 days it requires an eviction to remove a guest / tenant that became a tenant after being a guest first.

It would be irrelevant if she is a provider or not at the outset as long as the landlord / hobbyist restricted the use of the premises to not allow to be used for prostitution purposes.
