I agree with you that there not a way to be 100% certain that a girl is not a minor in that age range. In years past if were found with a minor the cop would asked the girl if you inquired if she was a minor or not. If she did then the cop would cite you for indecent exposure in a public place. Now if you were stopped by a vice officer than chances are they would cite you statutory rape. These days with all the human trafficking crackdowns the prosecutor will probably try to charge you with the maximum charges. The upside however is that you follow the 22 rules and take precautions your chance of being caught is extremely low.

I went out twice over this weekend. Not a lot of girls out there, but enough to look and stop for. I talked with a few from 145th to 97th, none of which would entertain any open service, even BBBJ. Didn't get any names, most don't stick around that long once they know we aren't going to date. I met a slim brunette around 105th with long hair and glasses who came to the window and immediately quoted $120 for a car date. Not a fancy dresser but had a nice face. No open service, so she walked away. I stopped for a nice BSW with a long wig and tight stretch pants a block away and realized we had met before. She approached and said, "so, changed your mind yet?" with a big smile. She tried everything she could to convince me, but I held firm. One thing I noticed is that I saw SPD cruisers parked in more clandestine spots. One was parked immediately next to a garage wall at Les Schwab, very hard to see. I'm wondering if they're starting to pounce on johns now. I still think the big sting is coming to Aurora soon.

Anytime there is a minor involved we're going to lose. What I don't like about this is that an SW can get a fake identification card and even if we check and she gets caught we can still be held accountable, particularly if she's working the street. That part really freaks me out.

About 10 years ago I was communicating via PM to trade information with a few guys on TNA on a pretty regular basis. One of them had met a nice young BSW and she volunteered to show him her identification and he saw her pretty regularly for a year. Always raved about she and her friends. They were running ads on TNA as well as working the AAA stroll and had a lot of reviews up. Well, he met with her one night and it was her birthday and he said, "happy 19th birthday!" and she said, "no, I'm 18". He immediately reminded her that he'd been seeing her for a year and that she had lied to him. Apparently her response was something to the effect of "I'm not a ***** nor a snitch". She'd been out there working the boards and the street starting at 16 and all through her 17th year. All of those guys on both TNA and the street had booked time with her over that year. If she had been discovered out there, all of those guys could have potentially gone down even though she provided false information.

Like with the AAA, I think we're going to see more of this on Aurora. The pimps and their crews seem to bring more of that in than from any other circle.

His defense, of course, was he assumed she was legal age because she was at a bar. The judge / jury did not feel that was sufficient to let find him not guilty.

I'll go out on a limb and say that there isn't really any good way to verify for absolute certain. An underage girl can easily do the math ahead of time and pick a year that instantly makes her 20 years-old. We can also ask for identification but if she has a fake identification card then that goes right out the window. My understanding is that in this state if an SW shows an identification card which is fake then we still can't use that legally in our defense. In the eyes of the law if she's underage then she's underage, no ands ifs or buts. So a girl can lie and apparently that's okay no matter if we tried to cover our bases. Basically we're screwed either way.

I drove through Aurora at about 8 pm Friday evening. As I passed near Firestone / Lowe's, I noticed a nice BSW with what looked to be big, natural hair standing on a corner. It wasn't an afro per se, but definitely in that style. In all honesty, I sort of have a thing for that afro-look, not sure where that comes from but I like it. Apparently she had a fat wad of cash on her and she told the police she made money by having sex. That means that a lot of guys cruising out there aren't checking identification, not that it will do a whole lot of good if she has a fake identification card. But honestly, I haven't had to worry too much about young girls out there since the AAA stroll shut-down about 10 years ago, but now the pimped out-of-town traveling girls and their trafficked crews are bringing the underagers back in again. That's what you get with all of that pimpy ghetto bullshit, and they've completely over-taken Aurora since 2019. And you know, quite a few of the other SWs out there KNOW who is underage and they don't say a god damn thing about it.
