Just try it if you have interest. If you're going to MPs you can afford 20 $. There's lots of good info, most of it is covered here and elsewhere but more importantly it is easy to find. It's organized, interface is functional, and nobody speaks in riddles. Take some notes and cancel after a month, you don't need to keep the subscription active all the time.

I tried their membership for a few months. Realized a lot of the MP reviews were outdated or the place was closed. Many guys seem to sensationalize their reviews. I knew of a gal that had a certain tat but many reviews said she was tat free. Now you could not DATY and not see her huge tat, Go figure. Just a lot of inconsistencies in different reviews of the same gal. Plus many mongers call out the owners for posting a lot of fake reviews.

It's not all fake or bad reviews / intel, but not reliable for what they charge. The comment section are decent to read but again not consistent and more smack talk bit interesting.

Plus side:

-Much needed higher end, clean atmosphere with real linens and good smells. Well worth the $. 08.

-Very cute young talent some highly skilled and very sweet.

-Many good experiences not cheap but talented.

Minus:

-Some will up sell or negotiate which is the buzz oil (some do not). My intel and exp says you can spend between. 08-. 200 for the tip. Just bring. 20 and know you probably ain't leaving with it.

If by villa you mean the place in Beverly Hills, I hear it is a stand up fucking and I do not much like Thai girls. I hear some mixed reviews and lots of guys going just for the massage. Of course, if you had any information you seem unwilling to share it.

I agree. The MP gal I chat with, she is a US citizen from China. They only get a break when business is slow. They work a 12 hour shift. They are pumped up with energy drinks, Starbucks and all kind of vitamins to start their day. The money is good but I think it's mostly a cash tip job for them unless the monger Zelle or Venmo them a payment.

They have busy days and slow days. Friday seems to be their busiest day (before the monger goes back home to his family for the weekend (LOL). Weekends are slower than weekdays.

So the MP gal I know keeps all her tips and she see's more than 10 guys a day. Very few truly enjoy their job although they make the best of it and try to cherish the moment until the next monger comes in the door. I don't have direct knowledge of Goldfinger and how it operates, but it is actually very common in this industry for the girls to be illegally trafficked into the country and undocumented. They have huge "debts" to pay off to the people who smuggled them in. Often well over $100 k. They are pretty much kept captive. The owners of the business keep their docs so they don't have much of a chance to sneak off and go elsewhere. Most of what they earn goes to pay off their "debt. " Once they pay that off they're still in the US without anywhere to go, so many stay in the business. Yes, there are some who undoubtedly do this by choice and make good money at it, which is what keeps them doing it even if they're free to go elsewhere. Bottom line though is I wouldn't assume any of the providers you see are rolling in money. Some might be, most probably aren't.

Commercial storefront rent is pretty expensive. Where my shop is it runs $4-$5 per square foot by the time you include CAM fees, and I'm not in West LA. Where Goldfinger is it's probably more like $5-$6/ SF. I've never been to Goldfinger but it sounds like a smaller space. Maybe 1000 SF. So their rent + CAM is probably in the neighborhood of $5 - $6 K. Laundry. Shit, that's a tough one. With 40 "clients" a day, that's 40 sheets to be washed. You can get 5, maybe 6 if you cram, sheets in a washing machine. That's at least 8 loads of laundry a day just for sheets, and you still need to wash towels. An hour wash cycle and an hour dry cycle, and you're lucky if one dry cycle gets your load of sheets dry, so you're looking at that damn washer and dryer running every hour of the day that you're open. Then you have to fold all that shit and put it away, and that's more labor intensive than you think. At my spa we use a linen service (my spa is legit, so we use 2 sheets per guest because everyone is draped). That costs me around $2 k / month. If we washed in house we would need two sets of machines, plus labor to do all of the laundry, plus maintenance on the machines, detergent (adds up quickly), and utilities to run them. Most smaller storefronts don't have a gas line, so you have to go with electric appliances and that shit is expensive to run. My electric bill is over $1000/ month. So in the end, my $2 k linen service costs about the same as what in-house laundry would cost (we still wash our own towels in house, and that's a full time job in itself even without having to deal with sheets). And then there's replacement costs. You can only wash stuff so many times before it starts falling apart. Towels at my place last about 2 months.

This is why I don't trust MPs to be properly washing their sheets. Most don't have the resources to do it right, unless they have two washing machines and two dryers and a full time person tending to them. They're most likely cutting corners, running short wash cycles etc.

They're still making money, but the truth about most of these places is the "owner" is a shell owner / pawn for the real business owner who is likely somewhere in Hong Kong outside the reach of law enforcement. The shell owner sends most of the cash overseas, and if he gets nabbed by LE the real owner just finds another pawn. They can make decent money but most aren't getting rich from running these places.

Rent is a killer on the westside. I have heard 7 bucks a square for a restaurant on bundy. Westwood boulevard has lots of vacancies and that may be a little lower due to the covicks. I am just saying that when you run at full capacity from day to night, you are doing as well as someone with a dollar printing press or the dodgers selling fucken hot dogs for 9 bucks.
