Doesn't matter where you get the card. I find it easier to just get them electronically via email but if you need to cover your tracks with a SO you're better off paying cash for one at the grocery store. I don't understand the second part of your question. You don't need to provide any info when using the card. Are you asking about using the card on SA? If that's the case, I just make up random info (name, address, etc.) when using the card to pay for a month at a time and never have any issues. Hope this helps.
