The street given at first is not on google maps on phone, complete confusion, just put the exact number of the building and the street. And explanin that it is right across the street from a very common store.

I wasted 3 o minutes trying to find the first street they sent me to which was impossible to find. Piss poor directions.

I didn't have luck with the form, submitted a couple times. You can find their number on old versions of the site, text it looking for verification. They'll respond eventually asking for information, give what you're comfortable with and don't with what you're not. After pending approval, you're good and can text whenever.
