Three consistent observations / perceptions related to my visits this week to OKM Spa (Burke), Lucky (NSprgld), and Angel (FFX).

- the facilities are immaculate.

- they all mention business is slow.

- the MMS / ladies / staff are very nice -- all happy to see me (likely they would be as happy to see you).

Appointments are always best. No "gps" at these well-established, well-managed businesses -- standard rates and tips we as hobbyists know are fair.

Always be nice to the ladies.

Aria, yeah that's her. She is okay on looks but poor vibes and limited menu. Olivia was cool, had covered FS with her a few times. I too will pass on her.

She was also Jessica at tysongirl so her menu has expanded some. What about Amber? Is she the same girl from before. Seems taller and not as skinny?

I'm sure it wasn't enough for her normal rates but people are willing to negotiate if they become regulars. I'm positive that the less than stellar ambiance and hygiene has her rates and standards much lower for the lack of business because of the conditions.

I just followed the other posts lead on tip. If $.8 was light, what should it have been?

Forgot to add to my report about this place: bad hygiene practices regarding the massage table. Judy did not change out the sheet or towel on the table / head rest. As soon as I got home, I did a nuclear detox in the shower. With delta variant roaming around in addition to not wanting to catch another monger's potential crabs or other skin ailment, I'm really keen on hygiene at these AMPs.

I'm certain after my service, she immediately removed the sheets and was replacing them with clean ones as I finished dressing. But, I would certainly hesitate returning if I experienced what you did.

Made a return visit to cherry. She is a doll and a nice person. No GPS an guess works for repeat business if you are nice.

Place is clean and well organized with shower available before and after.

Parking is good and safe in parking lot in front of appartment.

I shall return, again.

When hunting potential prey, I am very methodical in my approach.

While I don't own a RM account, I always check here and then there to see if there's any previous reports about my desired target to help me get an idea if it's worth pursuing. Nothing on the board here, but the place is listed on RM. However, there is no review on the place which is pretty suspect. But there is a number. So I copy this number and always put it into google to see where it takes me.

This 240- number leads me to an escort by the name of Angel who works out of MD. Odd.

I continue my investigation and decide to type in the name of the spa into ol' google and see if I can somehow connect the dots. Negative, while the address is the same there is a different number listed for the spa. No hint of any advertisements on Bedpage, CL, RR, and the like (often not a good sign). Instead, they have a website, so I click it and dive deep. They offer a variety of different packages and you can book online, but they never have availability during the same day you have to book days in advance. (Another oddity).

They have an "about us" tab, and from here I discover the owner of the joint describes herself as "a mother / daughter / and believer in the cross. So, strong Christian ties (red flag). Now my search usually ends here but I decided to go out on a limb and travel to the location to scope it out. It's a clean office building, and the place is using some high tech stuff. Esthetician machines and a girl at the front desk is using a top of the line computer, contrary to what you'd find at your run of the mill rub and tug. I asked the girl at the desk if they got room to take me for a walk in, a quick massage now or perhaps later in the day? I'm flat out denied in my request as they say they are fully booked and urged to make an appointment for a future date. This place reeks of legit.

Now of course, there's plenty of "legit" looking places that check all these red flags and still provide the service we all seek, but they are usually able to accommodate me once I flash my wallet. So unless this place is running some tight ship catering to the elite, and all this is a front to fool both LEO and Monger alike. I sincerely doubt you're going to get extras here.


Since Im invested deep into this rabbit hole already(pun intended) then theres still the mystery of the inclusion of this location on RM.hmmm, Im no Sherlock but my educated guess is this place may have been a space rented out by the escort mentioned above who used it previously before these new owners came along. The number alluded to on RM is no longer a working number.

I wouldn't put your chances of success at 0%, but I wouldn't put spend money on this horse race either.

Was out of town and there was really only one AMP in town and relief was needed. This was a post on their board:
