I keep reading here that do not pay cash before the deed. But I am wondering how is that even possible. Did you mean SW or incall? If it's a SW then you've already had a car ride together where you had the opportunity to set her expectations. The advice you're reading is true but there's a technique to requesting and suggesting that "we" leave it here. A location closer to you instead of her. Or, some other method where she's not immediately taking it and stashing it away from your sight while she's still dressed and you're not. The method depends upon sizing up the room, her attitude, and your gut intuition. It's not something you announce upon arriving as a hard and fast rule. There is some middle ground for compromise. If you walk in and she immediately appears to act like a toll taken, then I certainly would keep my cash, do a U-turn and leave briskly.
