Without doing any homework, I see ads like that know it's not a real local woman. That's the important part. They might be a scammer but they're not local so, I don't waste time on them. Time for Next! LOL.

I keep reading here that do not pay cash before the deed. But I am wondering how is that even possible. The advice you're reading is true but there's a technique to requesting and suggesting that "we" leave it here. A location closer to you instead of her. Or, some other method where she's not immediately taking it and stashing it away from your sight while she's still dressed and you're not. The method depends upon sizing up the room, her attitude, and your gut intuition. It's not something you announce upon arriving as a hard and fast rule. There is some middle ground for compromise. If you walk in and she immediately appears to act like a toll taken, then I certainly would keep my cash, do a U-turn and leave briskly.

I've made the mistake of cash up front and the gal tried to leave without completing agreed-to services. With Ads like this always be cautious. When it says you pay for my time only in there ad I run the other direction. Had a girl literally tell me I was paying for her time only in the room once and refused to do anything with me and thought her presence was obviously worth it enough that I should pay her donations and get absolutely zero services. I now take that line as a red flag even though some providers may use it as a safety line in there ad I use it as a reason to run the other direction. I always like to agree what I'm getting before I show up.

Girls will generally put that disclaimer in their ads for obvious reasons. The way around anyone with a "do nothing plan" is to show it but to *not* pay until after the festivities. Tell them it's your policy.
