Imo just like with everything, there are different gradations. The last girls is not just fat, she's obese and is in a bbw territory. You can also be fat without being obese or in bbw territory.

There is definitely a huge range of body types, and a big gap in body fat percentage between the first three girls and the last one. Likewise, I believe a girl can be thick but not fat, not skinny, but not fat. Thick but not fat is where I would place the first three girls.
