I don't quite understand the paranoia of parking in the CC garage. I've parked in that garage countless times over the years with no issues or worries. I'd think that one would instead be more concerned about the cameras that are now in the hallways on each floor in the building. But if you're still hesitant about parking in the garage, try street parking on Makaloa--if you're lucky enough to find a spot, depending on time of day. Part of concern about parking in the CC parking structure is that it simply is a parking structure with only 1 way in and 1 way out. I was trapped in the parking structure a couple of years ago when there was a small fire in one of the units during the day.
