I don't quite understand the paranoia of parking in the CC garage. I've parked in that garage countless times over the years with no issues or worries. I'd think that one would instead be more concerned about the cameras that are now in the hallways on each floor in the building. While it was fairly easy for me to personally exit the building when the fire alarms sounded (just a long downstairs walk), I could not retrieve my car from Level 3 in the parking structure for several hours.
