Not dissin' you, Brother, but from my POV, a) the ad screenshots contain phone numbers, which is EXPRESSLY against board policies and can (and have) gotten members banned from the board, b) it does take time, particularly if you are adding up the months and years many people spend on this board, and c) if (as a reader) you really want to see the ad, PM the original poster and get digits, then a quick google search will get you every ad ever posted. Ethically, I hold to this board's long standing ethic of RTFB. Which basically puts the burden of effort on the reader, not the poster. You want to see the ad that bad, PM me for digits. Thanks.

Your points are well taken. Perhaps my suggestion at the very least skirts the ethical guidelines. However, I could make a few added points.

1) the guidelines refer to PERSONAL numbers and certainly it is very bad to publicly post anyone's private number but does or should that include working numbers that these girls themselves publicly posted for the world to see in their published ads? How is that a violation of their privacy?

2) It isn't uncommon for some guys to circumvent those rules by posting things like "take route 727 to 500 street then turn left on to 5154" (sort of like they refer to paying so many "roses"). Who is anybody really fooling with that? At least a number embedded in a graphic isn't searchable. But none of that's to say that either of those practices are proper either. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy and inconsistency on how these rules are enforced.

3) As Reaper pointed out, if one thinks posting a screenshot of an ad with a phone number is so wrong, it doesn't add that much diificulty to post one w/o it. Simply click on Comments, then Old Posts (which one should check for anyway) and then on whichever ad one wishes to screenshot. If you navigate to an ad that way the number doesn't show. Of course, if you really want to be nitpicky, technically forum rules forbid posting graphics with ANY embedded text, not just phone numbers.

4) I find your comments about RTFB and putting the "burden of effort on the reader" to be kind of condescending. We're not talking anything here about readers who are too lazy to use search or go back and read through past posts and such. My post was expressly considering readers who actually do their own research and do go back to read old posts only to find the links that would enable them to see exactly which provider is being reviewed or referred to no longer works. Of course, they could also just PM the original poster, assuming they're still active on the board, can receive and read mail and might eventually respond, like you suggested, but including a screenshot of the ad linked to from the beginning would limit the need for anyone to bother that poster with future PMs.

That's just a few of my additional thoughts on the subject and of course you're free to disagree (or perhaps the Admin can weigh in on a ruling about this to settle the matter).

I've suggested it before but maybe now others will listen. It doesn't take that much more effort to take a quick screenshot of an ad and then attach it to one's post along with the link to the actual ad for exactly this reason. Ads get deleted and links can go bad but at least the screenshot remains. This is especially important for ads that get bad reviews as those are the ones that are most likely to be removed. They may reappear elsewhere, perhaps with a new name, number or even photos (though not necessarily all 3) but the info in the screenshot leaves us with some point of comparison.

Here's the last ad (from 2/19/21) that Layci has up on LC (at least with that name and number). The brunette in the pics is definitely the same girl as the pic of Layci posted earlier as her outfit is an exact match. Its hard to believe she could have that much fatter in 4 short months but there's also no telling how old the pics already were when she posted them.
