They have not lost their mind. There are enough people in the DMV who are willing to pay their rates. Even if they go to 400 (or more). I don't have a business degree but if you have a product that is popular, the price is going to go up. Personally, I capped out at 320 with them because the girls are not young and hot to warrant anything more. Eventually they will get to the 400 range because dudes will continue to pay.
