It doesn't matter. Time of day, the time you spend there, none of it matters. All that matters is how much money you give them. You get service based on that.

Been there around 5-6 times over the last few months, max I had UTC top and OTC bottom. Always had great massage though and was never shorted on time.

I went there the other day and had the new girl, Yoyo. Young with a pretty face, nice firm Bs and probably in her early 30's. Decent light touch massage with only OTC roaming allowed. YMMV but I wouldn't rely on or expect more extras later in the evening. The reason that they are there at 9 pm is because they want to make money, not because they are more permissive or eager to go the extra distance to satisfy a customer. And if they've been there working for 11 or 12 hours, then they are tired and thinking about going home. They aren't fantasizing about a 90 minute session unless they know they are getting a big tip. They fantasize about big tips. So, if you want two pops or are hoping for a more open menu, then negotiate and compensate appropriately.
