I like to go to CAMPS when they first open on slow weekdays. The girls are fresh, haven't had anyone piss them off yet and are generally more energetic. Not sure if it equates to better service, but their moods seem better in the morning.

YMMV but I wouldn't rely on or expect more extras later in the evening. The reason that they are there at 9 pm is because they want to make money, not because they are more permissive or eager to go the extra distance to satisfy a customer. And if they've been there working for 11 or 12 hours, then they are tired and thinking about going home. They aren't fantasizing about a 90 minute session unless they know they are getting a big tip. They fantasize about big tips. So, if you want two pops or are hoping for a more open menu, then negotiate and compensate appropriately.

It can vary. If it's with a regular you've seen then you could get her to give you an early release and by the time it gets close to the end go for the second pop. Or just get a longer massage and get your one pop at the end. Feel out the mood. If she's friendly and flirty then definitely go for 2 pops.
