Yes those are the exact ads that say what town they are in. I remember seeing that post too. The pics are heavily touched up and are close to the girl you will see. Some of the pics are real. After seeing a couple of them, even with the blurred face you can kind of tell that it is same girl.

Stumbled across this provider that goes by Sara Stonehan, phone number 617-749-6011. Here are her two ads:

Googling the phone number and her stage name only results in these two ads, no reviews anywhere. The two pics where she's wearing blue definitely look fake, but the two where she's wearing back seem likely real. A reverse Google image search of the four pics only shows hits for the two ads above, which is probably a good sign.

The end result is the same and even with the hour it's still one and done and out the door. The photos in the ads are usually a close representation of the girl you will see if not the girl herself. Most have limited English and use a translation app. Unlike the Asian ads, the girl you will see is most of the time attractive. Maybe not super hot, but hot enough. With the Asians, it's always a roll of the dice and I've been disappointed more than my fair share of times. The Brazilians are for the most part reliable. I've had a couple flake out after I got to the hotel in the past. Usually everything is covered too but I have gotten BBBJ on a couple of occasions. No matter which one you see it's the same experience.
