Visited a couple of weeks ago. Walked-in and got Bella. I didn't think she still worked there, so nice surprise for me. I went mid week on Tuesday for those interested. Stumbled across this provider that goes by Sara Stonehan, phone number 617-749-6011. Here are her two ads:

Googling the phone number and her stage name only results in these two ads, no reviews anywhere. The two pics where she's wearing blue definitely look fake, but the two where she's wearing back seem likely real. A reverse Google image search of the four pics only shows hits for the two ads above, which is probably a good sign.

Anyone seen here or have any info / thoughts?
