Yeah I've had HJ at Royal, but admittedly it's been a few years. Bottom line is the Cypress situation is just meh. You can get a quick HJ from an ok looking provider in her 40's without breaking the bank at most of these places, but that's about the extent of it. Sarang is probably the most reliable place right now. You're better off going a little further south to Stanton, and those places are only marginally better.
