Go search on YouTube for Kegel exercises. Also for me I may last longer if I am with the same partner.

Once's it has contact with the skin, washing it off doesn't remove all the benefits and even if it did just spray again once you get out the shower. You're paying her, no reason to be ashamed to do it in front of her.
