If emailing SA customer service / support (as suggested below) does not work, try a new email address and VPN before you get a burner phone. Although the VPN may cost a small monthly fee.

Sorry to hear this man. I was in same trouble for long time. Someone suggested me here to write customer service. I did and explained and asked for a reason. And what within 24 hours they replied stating that it's system glitch and theunflagged my account. I am using it now for 3 months. It's different story that I have no luck yet. LOL. Need some advise from others on hat from others here. But I'd suggest you to try writing customer service.
