I called the first one and set up an appt but she was quite slow in getting back to me. We exchanged a number of texts and each time it seemed I had to wait longer than I should have for a reply, even when I was at the address and trying to find the door. That was particularly annoying since she gave me the wrong address at first. Dealing with her was so difficult that when she finally told me the real address I wasn't willing to walk another mile to get there or pay for a cab.
