I got the nuru with her just tonight and had a mediocre experience. First, we probably got started about 15 minutes late and I was in my car 15 minutes before the hour was up. So I paid for an hour and got half, if that. She did use the actual gel and started on my back. So far the massage seemed pretty much what I wanted and was happy with it. I saw the ad, too. The "Grand Re-opening" pitch made me think ownership or management has changed. But couldn't tell by looking at it from the parking lot.
