I did not have to "register" the last GC I used. The name and address was random.

You probably have to go the gift card website to register it with name and address (which doesn't have to be real, but does have to be the same you use on Seeking.

I've done it with the Metabank ones, not sure if vanilla has the same ability.

Always comes to me and has someone drop her off. Last night she asked for money up front cause of a new friend she'd brought. I trusted her and she took the cash and didn't come back. Makes no sense to me. She'll never get another dime from me, so not sure how she thought doing it this one time made long term sense. Oh well, part of the game.
