Agree the area seems safe to me. But I'd like to add that the building address is very difficult to see from your car. Took me 3 slow passes to see it on my first visit. And even on repeats I've found I can't really see it till I'm walking up the porch.

First off I never said people won't accept DIY. I said I don't know anyone looking to Jack off if they have an option. So, let's get that straight. Sure, I as many other mongers have elected for diy with that being the only option. Probably anyone who frequents AMPs has. However, this is not what I'm looking for in any AMP.
