You're kind of trying to fight a force of nature there, man. There are exceptions, but most of the women in the business in Dayton, at least, have a lot of problems. Time management and good customer service aren't really things that they're going to excel at when they've got so much chaos in their lives. Generally, getting to a point where they'd be capable of really stepping up to the plate with that kind of stuff = getting cleaned up enough to get out of the business, or at least go UTR.
