Time management and good customer service aren't really things that they're going to excel at when they've got so much chaos in their lives. Generally, getting to a point where they'd be capable of really stepping up to the plate with that kind of stuff = getting cleaned up enough to get out of the business, or at least go UTR. Waste of time
I've tried to set up an appointment with this one for three days straight. Very poor communication and extremely hard to work with.
