The best advice is to read back a good 10-15 pages on the Escort and Massage Parlor threads. You'll learn a lot from the discussions.

For any ad you're interested in, Google the phone number and look through the results for older ads, and whether pictures are consistent. Image search (Google is best, some like TinEye) the pix in the ad to see if they bring up other ads, or if they were taken from social media or porn pages.
