I couldn't agree more! Up front deposits are a red flag and always have been! It's a shame, but because of all the fake ads on STG combined with no shows for providers, I kind of understand. However, I think because of these weird times most of the real quality providers are laying low and only posting occasionally. I'm a firm believer in reviews posted here on the Forum to usually get good information. Personally, I think that most reliable providers don't need money up front if their client is a referral or has visited previously.
