Based on my 2 visits (not real recent) and what you'll find both here and in rubmaps, no, not a reliable HE experience. Mine was SS. In fact there was a sign posted in the room at the time, it said no touching the help.

Full service. I know there are in the Chicago area. But don't know of any in Wisconsin. I'm sure there is. Any woman can be screwed when the time is right. I've gotten FS mostly from independent MTs.
