Almost never. The 'meet' in pay per meet should be intimate. Only rare exceptions for me were times when I'd been seeing someone on a repeat basis and we couldn't go through with a bcd day because of my own schedule changes. There were a few times like that where I advanced a girl some funds when I knew the need was legitimate, but there was some real long term familiarity in those arrangements. I would never ever do it on a first meet or for someone I'd only seen a few times casually. If most of these girls catch even a whiff of that kind of free money, you'll never get them near a bed again.
