I have almost exclusively frequented AMP's, trying my luck at random places over the years, and I stick to AMP tipping standard, $40 for this, $60 for that, and $100 for the other.

What are the tipping expectations from these $120 hr girls?? I agree. The upsell has gotten out of hand. Hopefully we can get cooperation from the lurkers as well as mongers active on this forum.

Hadn't been to this place on Franconia for a while, so decided to take a shot. Had a very good massage from Judy, a 40 ish mostly slender, very pleasant woman. Deep tissue, walked on my back, took her time on all aspects of the massage. Very nice, prolonged soft touch as well. I think we even went over the hour by about 10-15 minutes (it may have been a quiet day). Judy was a real sweetie, and seemed to really appreciate being treated nicely in return. I will definitely see her again.

Short version: total staff turnover, not all bad.

Called this morning and an unfamiliar voice answered. Bummer. I had been on good terms with Mamasan. This new one said "All new girls. You come over. " I wasn't pleased to hear that, as I was looking forward to seeing Yumi again, and some of their recent hires have been disappointing. (Anyone know where Yumi went?

I considered going somewhere else, but had to face it: there aren't many alternatives in the same service category unless I take a long drive. I decided to TOFTT. Saw her recently. That's her in the pics and they are recent. She buzzed me into the building and when I got to her door she was wearing an outfit similar to the pics. Count me in on this one. I think those donations are VERY reasonable. It's a good deal for the client and a fair price for the provider. Everybody wins. Who else is in?

In a competitive market, the price of the product is determined through a process of interaction between the aggregate or market demand and the aggregate or market supply. What you describe could work in theory but in reality I don't see it happening. It will be very difficult for the aggregate market demand (us mongers) to all work in synchorney to set the marek price. This could maybe work in a small market where the number of buyers and sellers are relatively low and there is not much change in the buyers and sellers. Meaning there are no new entrances to the market on either side. Here in the NOVA / DC area I think it's damn near impossible for us to try and set the market price through the means you are describing. Just my 2 cents.
