You should be able to find any KAMP that has what you're looking for. House only. Camps usually pay everything after in one transaction. Kamps / spas usually pay house when you walk in and tip your provider separately.

I went to Mei Mei in Cobb county a couple of weeks ago. The looks of the talent seem to have gone downhill recently. I walked in and was greeted by a 40 something woman who wasn't all the great looking. I'm not there for romance, and I hate making people feel bad. I made the trip over to Holcomb bridge today and it went about as poorly as possible. I walked in with as high hopes as possible but was quickly disappointed.
