Yes definitely high. She sent me some great pics that were tempting but can't overcome the 4 bills. Spoke with her and she sounds very nice as well. Met Genie for a QV.

Bad: Location, messy apartment, common restroom in the multi-family building, high as a kite, user obviously, slurring speech, smoking, conversation was uncomfortable honestly.
