RS-2 k, which is now actually called RS-AVS, and has been that for a couple of years now. Is not an agency. They are a screening / verification service. All they do is take the one time fee from you, request I'd, DL, etc. And they verify you are who you say you are if someone asks. Your cell number is your member I'd.
