I have been using for a while now and have been pretty successful. It's usually my starting point before going to other sites. Though in the last few months there has been a large increase of spam profiles. They are usually easier to pick out.

Switter is comprised of the ladies from the defunct erotic review site, BP, etc. There is a wide variety of opportunities there from ladies that probably advertise on holes like STG and all the way up to more "upscale" sites. I find it to be a useful tool, but everybody has different wants, needs, funds and personal sense of risk.
