I have noticed that they are making multiple posts a day. The ones who are good that charge $100/ half seem to only have one post. Could it be that they are more savvy businesswomen and know the value of repeat business ? One $120/ half provider confided in me that she had to call up a regular to wire her cash because she was low. I have also notice that they charge $80/15 minutes.

I agree with you on all of the fake and spam ads. They have taken over. But you can still find some real ones without the local area code as plenty of well known providers from other cities come through. Just be careful and google the number and take note if you have seen her ads here before.
