She will want to brag about being with someone like yourself in a senior position at your company.
Respectfully, there are so many other avenues for you to take, without the added risk.

Posts: 306A company I worked for many years ago has a very similar policy and from what I heard is involved in a lawsuit brought about by an ex-fiancé who was dumped by someone violating these rules. Both parties have been let go, so someone is out a job and a relationship. It's not the 80's anymore and some lady coming on to you for career advancement purposes will cry me-too if anything goes wrong.

That will do two things-- if she's truly interested in anything physical she might get more anxious to see you. This also includes junior and senior partners and the BOD's as well. In addition to termination, any future references will include the statement "terminated for unsatisfactory performance relating to employment". When I was junior I used to do crazy shit at work, but its a different world now and you can get hit with complaints even by others seeing you do something even if not directed at them, but I never worried about finding another position as a junior level staff, if your more senior though and have family to worry about that should give you pause.

So, here's my dilemma. There's an intern who is fine as all hell at my work who does not report to my directly. Rather, she reports to someone below me. Anyway, recently she gave me her number and we've been texting back and forth. I even gave her a ride the other day to a networking event we had. She is finishing her internship next month and is graduating in May. She asked me for help with her resume and also just general interviewing tips. I told her that it's hard to carve out time during the day but I asked her if she wanted to grab a drink after work one day and I can help her with her resume. She said that sounded perfect. We haven't set a date / time yet but I'm having second thoughts here. Am I playing with fire here?
Best case scenario here: she is discreet and this leads to a nice steamy but quiet thing on the side for me.
Worst case scenario: whatever this leads to she is crazy or we get discovered and I get in trouble at work and at home.
What should I do here? I can't help but think what it would be like to tap that 21 year old piece of ass. I can't even really focus at work anymore!

Guys don't have to post the way you think they should. There are 400,000 members on the forum and more lurkers, some guys like writing about what they do and other like reading it. If you don't like what they write there is always the ignore function.
Most of the reports you're complaining about are from unmoderated seniors who's reports I never see. Again, the "report post" button works well for this.
You don't see their reports because when you "call them out" I delete your post, throw the flag and add them to your ignore list.
Seems to me you think you should be able to tell guys how they should or should not post and be allowed to harass them if they don't live up to your expectations. Who made you the arbitrator of style on the forum?
